SIR: Over 4,000 Form-7 seek deletion of names, largely Muslim voters, across Congress, BJP seats

In Babaleshwar alone, 1,373 Form-7 applications were received on September 22. Of these, 1,363 were filed by just 10 people, seeking deletions largely against Muslim voters outside their own polling stations
