28 from Karnataka stranded or missing in Nepal, Tibet amid flash flood

Of the 28 people, 23 are from Bengaluru Urban, two from Mysuru and one each from Dharwad, Udupi and Vijayanagara districts, according to the latest information compiled by the SEOC as of 10 a.m.
