Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav has written to Mainpuri District Magistrate expressing concerns over delays and slow issuance of notices for no-mapping voters in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process. The second phase of SIR began 10 days late, and each Assistant Electoral Registration Officer can only issue about 150 notices per day. Yadav urged for prompt action and system improvements to meet SIR objectives. Additionally, Samajwadi MP Ram Gopal Yadav criticized the SIR process as a political gimmick.
